Lucy Movie Quotes
"Lucy" movie quotes follow the story of one woman who is able to use her entire brain capacity. The action thriller was written and directed by Luc Besson. "Lucy" opened in the United States on July 25, 2014, and in France on August 6, 2014.

In "Lucy," the title character (Scarlett Johansson) awakes after a night of partying to learn that something has been surgically implanted in her stomach. She later learns that a mob boss picked her to serve as a drug mule and implanted the drugs in her body for smuggling.

Moments later, Lucy is beaten which causes the drug to seep into her system. Instead of hurting her, it allows her to unlock 100% of her brain (instead of the 10% myth of regular brain usage). She confides in Professor Norman (Morgan Freeman) about her condition and she becomes the target of the attention of many. Between controlling others and the world around her with just her brain, Lucy also has to deal with the mob bosses including Kang (Choi Min-sik) and a French policeman (Amr Waked) all of whom are after her.

"Lucy" joins theaters already roaring with other hits like "Hercules," "Planes: Fire & Rescue," "Sex Tape," "Wish I Was Here, "And So It Goes, "Dawn of Planet of the Apes," "A Long Way Down," "Tammy," "Earth to Echo," "Deliver Us from Evil," "Transformers: Age of Extinction," "Snowpiercer," "Begin Again," "They Came Together," "Think Like a Man Too," "22 Jump Street, "How to Train Your Dragon 2," "Hellion," "The Rover," and The Fault in Our Stars."
